To Hunstanton again

Sunday 14 August. Once more on the Snettisham to Hunstanton route. I found the beach running hard on the legs and today there was a hard wind which slowed me down, so I was minutes lower over the same route

Interval run to the A149

Thursday 11 August. This morning an interval run from Snettisham Beach to the A149 and back, doing four fast runs of 500m with 2 minute jog recoveries in between and five minute jogs at beginning and end.

Wednesday 10 August. A morning run, some of the dune terrain quite difficult, down to the birdwatchers' hides.

First holiday run

Monday 8 August. I took my first run of our holiday in Norfolk today, from Snettisham to Hunstanton and back. I ran over varying surfaces, some sand dunes and some shingle, which were quite demanding but doubtless good for me. It was very bright, with a stiff wind.
