Today I swam, stiffly, alternating lengths of front crawl and breaststroke, a greater proportion of crawl lengths than ever before. I have been set various exercises, some to make my ankles more flexible (here I borrow some of those set for the memsahib who is recovering from a broken ankle), and others to give my shoulders greater range of movement. I sometimes remember to do them.
I also, thanks to advice from Jog Blog, Ms Juneathon herself, discovered the secret of viewing the leader board for Juneathon. It seems to think I've only run seven miles: shome mistake shurely? By my reckoning I've run about 23.
