To see if I could run again, I took myself out for a short trip along Chyngton Road, up to South Hill Barn, down to the banks of the Cuckmere and then back by way of Hope Gap and Seaford Head. Everything worked, though my legs felt stiff and I had some hip twinges, but my feet were fine.
