I ran a speed session on Seaford front last night, to prove that it is possible to run after work, even though tired. It was he last chance to do this and still allow some recovery time between this and the other two runs in this week's programme. I had to truncate the warm-up and cool-down a little to fit it in, and ran four fast .75 miles, with 200m recoveries in between
