I ran in heavy snow up Seaford Head and then along the front. Seaford Head was fine. I wasn't too cold and the snow made for hard but enjoyable running. But on the flat along the front the snow had turned to slush, which soaked and froze my feet. I ran just over eight miles, for the last Sunday run before the marathon. Next week, I hope it will not snow. At the moment Accuweather predicts thunderstorms.
