My first run since Beachy Head was undertaken at lunchtime today, a gentle four-miler, two miles of which were in the company of Jana, her cocker spaniel Rainy, Joanna and a new member of the BSMS running club, Helen. My legs still felt the afetr=effects of 26.2 miles nearly a week ago.
