No run today. Six days to go. I've been looking at the map and the elevations to try to get an idea of the course.
It looks to me as if there are major ascents at around the second mile, the fifth, the eleventh, the sixteenth and the twenty-fourth. But the highest point on the course is only 243 feet above sea level, the lowest 13, whereas Firle Beacon, a point to which I run quite often, is 217 metres, that is 712 feet.
