I didn't get to chronicle yesterday's hill session, which I found not quite as hard work as last week's, though the same system: I mile warm up and cool down jogs, and six ascents of 400m alternating with recovery runs back down the hill. This is necessary stuff, as at the weekend I shall be in Cambridge, where there are few hills to be had.
