A hard run this morning: some sun, but snow as well, thick and blizzard-like on the top of the downs. Sheep gathered near the farms,ready for lambing. I went out to Firle Beacon, then to the Beddingham television masts and as far as the place where the South Downs Way starts to drop down into the Ouse Valley, then back past Black Cap Farm, down to Bishopstone and along Seaford front for part of the way.
If GPS is to be believed, I was slow, not sure why.
